Leo Kinka, a devoted man of God, loving husband and father, and faithful friend went to be with the Lord on July 17, 2019 at the age of 94. He was born in Philadelphia, Pa. and formally of Plymouth Meeting, PA. He worked for Stroehmann Bakeries in Norristown, PA for over 35 yrs. As a resident of N. Cape May of over 32 years, he will be remembered for his playful antics and peaceful disposition. He was a Navy Veteran of World War 2 serving in the South Pacific on supply ships. He served faithfully and attended Cape May Lutheran Church for many years. Surviving are his wife of 9 years, Audrey, son David and wife Terri of Upper Gywendd, PA., Daughter Arleen of Newark, DE, daughter-in-law Wendy of Sun City Center, FL, grandchildren Brittany, Andrew, Steven, Michael and great-grandchildren Lauren, Destiny, Sarah, and Dylan. Proceeded in death by his son Leo Jr. in 2003 and his first wife Mary, 2006. Funeral Services will be held on the evening of Tuesday, July 23rd at 7:30 pm at the Cape May Lutheran Church, 509 Pittsburg Ave., Cape May, NJ 08024, where a viewing will be held one hour prior from 6:30-7:30pm. Interment will be held on Wednesday, July 24th at 11 am at St. Peters Lutheran Church Cemetery, 3025 Church Rd., Lafayette Hills, Pa 19444. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, https://www.cancer.org/, in his name. Arrg. by Evoy Funeral Home
