Dempster, James S. Jr., age 63 of Green Creek, NJ, passed away Monday, July 8, 2019 at his home. Born in Cape May Court House, James has been a life-long area resident. He was a graduate of Wildwood High School (1977), and volunteered with the Holly Beach Fire Company in Wildwood. He was a skilled handyman, a "jack of all trades, master of all". He enjoyed hunting, fishing, being outdoors, deep sea diving, and history. He also played the clarinet and saxophone in the Mummers String Band. James is survived by his daughter Donna Dempster, son James Dempster III (Elizabeth Alexander), stepchildren Rita Koelle, Katrina Bunker and William (Stefanie) Bunker, adopted son-in-law Ernesto Arcelay, sister Jane Dougherty, and 10 grandchildren, ex-wife Jerilyn Flannery-Snow, and friend Alan Trost.
