Elliott, Margaret C., (Stitt) age 84 of Goshen, went home peacefully with the Lord on Friday March 15, 2019. Born in Philadelphia and formerly of Glendora, Margaret has been an area resident since 1949 and attended Holy Spirit Lutheran Church in Villas. She worked for over 32 years with Crest Haven Nursing Home as a CNA, then as a Physical Therapy Assistant. She was full of life and would open her heart to anyone. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her cat Fluffy. Her hobbies included ceramics, camping, shopping and Nascar. Margaret is preceded in death by her son James "Jimmie" Elliott, parents Robert and Ada Stitt, sister Eleanor Costa, and brothers Earl Griggs, Robert, Leroy, and Thomas Stitt. She is survived by her brother Leon Stitt, children Barbara (Kenny) Paynter and Mark Elliott, 3 grandchildren (Lindsey, Mark Jr., and Lauren), 4 great grandchildren (Alyssa, Jacob, Aubrey, James and 1 on the way), and her cat, Fluffy. A Celebration of Life for Margaret will be held at 11am on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at the Holy Spirit Lutheran Church, 1220 Bayshore Road, Villas; friends may call one hour prior to service from 10am – 11am. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Margaret Elliott may be made to Holy Spirit Lutheran Church. Condolences can be shared at www.EvoyFuneralHome.com.
