St Clair, Robert F, age 79 of N Cape May, passed away at his home on Saturday December 22, 2018. Born in Providence, RI, Robert has been an area resident for over 40 years and worked as a Control Room Operator for the City of Vineland Electric Company for 27 years. He loved his "buddies", who were his German Shepard "Max" and Collie "Bear". Robert is survived by his wife of 45 years, Rita (nee Franchville), son Robert S, sister Shirley Mousley and several nieces and nephews.
