Bud (Charles E.) Holmes passed away peacefully on 11/19/18. He is survived by his wife Elaine Holmes, his daughter Patricia, son Michael, 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and step sons Jason and Michael. He is a retired Master Chief after 26 years in the Navy and went on to work with the DOD for 12 years. He was a Moose member, a VFW member and volunteered for the Knights of Columbus.
