On November 11, 2018, William Lewis Kane, III departed this earth. He was born on February 9th, 1968, age 50. He was a longtime beloved fisherman on various vessels up and down the east coast. He is survived by his long-time live-in partner (wife) Sally A Brown, his two well cared for dogs Lulu and Tank, aka Tanker, his mother, Carol A Kane-Ackley and her husband Lawrence Ackley, William Lewis Kane Sr, his father who was last at sea in October of 1992, his 2 sisters Doris M Kane and Bunny E Kane, his darling niece Carol Kane. He had a huge family and many friends. His closest aunts and uncles were James and Krista Pearson and their five children, Barbra Swist and her two children, Steve and Cookie Pearson and their four children, Bruce and Sharon Pearson and their three children, Beth and Charles McCullough and their three children, Nancy and Mike Danielson and their four children, Paul and Pat Pearson and their three children, Charles Kane and his son, Betty Lou Kane and her two children. Visitation for William will be held on Friday, November 16, 2018 from 1pm-2pm at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Road, N Cape May, NJ; a memorial service will begin at 2pm.
