Frances J Hartsgrove, age 77, born on October 4, 1941, passed away at home surrounded by her family after a brave 5-year battle with breast cancer. Frances was a lifelong resident of Highlands, NJ in Monmouth County, before moving to Cape May to live and be close to her daughter Karen Hartsgrove- McGloin / Tracy, her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was an avid bird watcher and loved nature. Frances worked as a resident coordinator for Highlands Housing Authority before retiring. She was predeceased by her husband, Herbert W. Hartsgrove and daughter Susan Brown (Hartsgrove). A small immediate family viewing was held on November 5th, 2018 as per Frances's request. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made online to M.D. Anderson Breast Cancer Research. Condolences can be shared at www.EvoyFuneralHome.com.
