Jessie S Richman (nee Stott), age 86, of Cold Spring passed away peacefully Saturday, July 27, 2013 at her home. Jessie was born August 11, 1926 in Norristown, PA.; and has been a Cape May area resident since 1956. She is the daughter of the late Ralph and the late Elizabeth (Stout) Stott. Jessie was a 1944 graduate of Norristown High School. She served in the US Army during World War II, where she achieved her registered nurse degree. She was employed by Burdette-Tomlin Hospital, CMCH, NJ as a Registered Nurse/Supervisor for 35 years retiring in 1989 as Assistant Director of Nursing. Jessie was a member of the First Baptist Church of Wildwood for over 55 years and was a 50 year member of Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her husband G Leonard Richman. Jessie is survived by one daughter: Susan Hess Roman (Robert) of Clearwater, FL and three sons: Robert (Lynne) J Richman of Cold Spring, NJ, John (Debbie) Richman of Buckeye, AZ, and Joseph (Kim) Dale Richman of Virginia Beach, VA. Also surviving are nine grandchildren: Krista, Robert, & Ryan Richman, Curtis Hess, Tracy MacIntosh, Brian, Gregory, David, & Thomas Richman; and one great grandson. There will be a funeral service at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 2, 2013 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, N Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
