Obituary of Eugene J. Bieniecki

Bieniecki, Eugene, age 79 of N Cape May, formerly of NY State, passed away on Monday, April 30, 2018. Born on May 23, 1938 to the late Bronislaus and Florence Bieniecki, Eugene retired from US Coast Guard in 1981, then attended CMCH Votech in Earth Environmental. He then worked for Lower Cape Regional High School and retired in 2000. Eugene loved gardening all kinds of plants and flowers, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Eugene was a member of the Knights of Columbus Stella Maris Council #3546 in Erma, Mgsr Moroney 4th Degree Assembly and Color Corps, Lower Township Board of Health, DAV Chapter 44 in Villas, VFW #5343 in Villas, member and usher at Parish of St. John Neumann St John of God Church in N Cape May and has been a poll worker for Board of Election in Cape May County. He is predeceased by his sister, Rita Kotlowski. Eugene is survived by wife of 57 years Jane Bieniecki (LaBrake), children David (Terri), Robert (Debbie), Teresa (Jim), Deborah Mercado (Gaby), grandchildren David Jr, Jacqulyn, Lauren, Greg C, Jessica, Tom, Rachel, Dianna, Graciela, 13 great-grandchildren, brother James Bieniecki, many friends and neighbors. Funeral services for Eugene will be held 11am on Saturday May 5th at Saint John Neumann Parish / St. John of God Church, 680 Townbank Rd, N Cape May; friends may call one hour prior to service from 10-11am. Interment will be held immediately following service at the Cape May County Veterans Cemetery, Cape May Court House.
