Winning, Edward J "Papa Bear", age 74 of Villas, passed away on Sunday, April 15, 2018. Born in Philadelphia, Edward has been an area resident for 28 years and retired as a Dock Worker for the Cape May County MUA. He is predeceased by his parents Samuel and Catherine, and brother Samuel. Edward is survived by his 4 children Dawn Cerasi, Edward Winning, Donna Buck, and Carol Anne Winning, 12 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and brother John Winning.
