Judith Ann "Judy" MacLaren, age 64, of North Cape May passed away Thursday, July 11, 2013 at her home. Born in Pittsburgh, Pa and formerly of that city; she has been a Cape May area resident for 10 years. Judy was a receptionist at Victoria Manor Nursing Home for 2 years. She was a member of the Lower Township Tea Party, enjoyed gardening, fishing, and taking care of cats & dogs. Judy did volunteer work in the Pittsburgh area including the YWCA. She is survived by her husband Dana MacLaren of North Cape May; her daughter Dawn Nacey of Indiana; and her sister Jan Hill. Also surviving are her mother-in-law Marion W Hardgrove and her aunt Joanne Kolostow. A memorial service will be held 2PM Sunday July 21, 2013 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Road, N. Cape May, where friends may call from 1 to 2pm. The family suggests donations in Judy's memory to the National Audubon Society, 225 Varick Street, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10014.
