Obituary of Elizabeth A Chapin

Elizabeth A Chapin, age 85, of Villas passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 24, 2017. She was born September 26, 1932 in Savannah, GA; formerly of Rutherford, NJ; and has been a Cape May area resident since 1987. Elizabeth was employed by Grand City Container Co as shipping Coordinator in North Bergen, NJ for many years. She was a member of the Parish of St John Neumann, attended St Raymond's RC Church, had great devotion to the Blessed Mother, she was member of the Good Samaritan's, and was a voracious reader. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband Dana Chapin and her sister Patricia Cesari. Elizabeth is survived by two daughters: Kathleen A Ryan and Ann Scelsi, one son: Tom Constantine; seven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren. Also survivng are 5 stepchildren: William; Dana, Jr; Vicki; Sally; and Scott Chapin.  There will be Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at the Parish of St John Neumann, St John of God RC Church, 680 Townbank Rd, North Cape May, NJ 0-8204; where friends will be received from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
