Dorothy M. McGonigal, age 90, of Villas passed away on Monday, December 18, 2017. Dorothy was born October 17, 1927 in Philadelphia, PA. She is the daughter of the late James and the late Florence Mae (Cressman) Geist. Dorothy has lived in the Cape May area since 2000 and is formerly of Folcroft, PA. She was employed by ACME Markets, Sharon Hill, PA as a cashier. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband John J. McGonigal Sr. in1995. She is survived by four daughters: Dorothy Fletcher of Villas, NJ, Frances (Butch) Kilman, Joanne (Jerry) McGinnis and Coleen (Dink) Throne, and three sons: John (Cheryl) McGonigal Jr., David McGonigal and Thomas (Charity) McGonigal; a brother John Geist; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren. Services were private. Burial will be held at a later date at St. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Marple Twp. PA. Condolences will be received at www.evoyfuneralhome.com
