Wilburn Denton Frazier, Jr., age 69, of North Cape May died Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Hahnemann Hospital in Philadelphia. Raised in North Cape May formerly of Stuart Fla., he is an area resident for the past 15 years. He was a painter and clam boat fisherman also he enjoyed model airplanes and fresh water fishing. He is survived by his wife Donna (nee Francesco) daughter Kellyn (Christopher) Starkey and step daughter Sandra (Clay) Smith. Seven grandchildren and a Brother Rodney E. Frazier. Preceded in Death his Parents Daughter Jessica and sister Lisa Jorden. Funeral Services will be private. Condolences can be forwarded to www.evoyfuneralhome.com.
