Obituary of Steven E Karr

Steven E. Karr, age 64, of Rio Grande passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at Cooper Medical Center of Camden, NJ. Steven was born in West Chester, PA; formerly lived in Ventnor, NJ; and has been a Cape May area resident since 2012. He is the son of Beatrice (Hoxter) Karr and the late Eugene I Karr. Steven worked for the Wildwood Public Works Department, Wildwood Public Schools, Hertz Car Rental in Atlantic City, and was a member of the Wildwood & North Wildwood Ambulance Corps. He was a true lover of all kinds of cars. He was preceded in death by his good friend Robert Fisher. Steven is survived by his mother Beatrice Donia; his daughter: Jonie Lynn; his sisters: Joy Wiseley & Diane (Robert) Cronk; his niece Christina (Sharon) Wiseley-Altimaro and nephews: Joseph (Kristina) Wiseley, Robert, & Eric Cronk. He will also be sadly missed by great nephews: Christopher & Bastian and great nieces: Abrigail & Ava, and dear friends Felix, Bruce, Edward, & Mollie. There will be a funeral service at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 082034; where friends will be received from 1:00 to 2:00 PM.
