Garretson, "Bernie" (Bernadette) R. (nee Mielcarek),68, passed away on August 5, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband "Butch" (Edgar) Garretson. Bernie was born in Philadelphia and resided in the Villas, NJ since 2006. She enjoyed crafts and going "yard sale-ing". Bernie is survived by her daughter Joyce (Joe Zawislak) Garretson, granddaughter Trish (Karl) Palen, two great-grandchildren: Ava and Charlie, siblings: Walter and David Mielcarek and Claire Thresher. Funeral services to be held at St. Josaphat Church in Manayunk, PA. on Aug. 14, at 9:30 am. Memorials received at www.evoyfuneralhome.com
