James "Jim" E. Brown, age 57, of Villas passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at his home. Jim was born June 30, 1960 in Philadelphia, PA. Jim was employed by Roofers Local #30 of Philadelphia PA He enjoyed boating, fishing and gardening. Jim was a very avid fan of Mack's Pizza on the Wildwood Boardwalk. What he most enjoyed though was spending time with his granddaughter Gemma (they call each other "Best Friends"). Jim is preceded in death by his parents Runyan and Grace (nee Jacoby) Brown and his brother Tom Brown. He is survived by his wife: Marie E. Brown; three children: Jim (Becky) Brown, Jason Brown and Nicole Brown; siblings: Rosie (Bob) Corapi, Linda (Slim) McCullough, Debbie Brown, and Ricky Brown; sister-in-law Dot Brown and granddaughter Gemma Brown. A Funeral Service will be held 2:00 pm on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Road, N Cape May, NJ; where relatives and friends will be received from 1 to 2 PM. Burial will be private. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Cape May Co. Animal Shelter, DN 501 B, 110 Shelter Road, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210.
