Dear Kevin, Tracey, Mark and MaryBeth,
My sister, Kathy, called me to share the news about your mother. I went online and viewed MaryBeth's Facebook page. A wave of sadness hit me as I reflected on the loss of your mother. My interactions with her were always pleasurable - she was sweet, direct and curious - I always enjoyed talking to her.
I know the Owens' kids took good care of her the past few years. It was good to see all of the pictures of you with your mom. You are a wonderful family - I have such wonderful memories of my interactions with all of you. I know Ellie will stay alive in each of you - she has left a great legacy through you.
