Obituary of Lorraine F Rizzo

Lorraine F Rizzo, age 82, of Mickels Run, North Cape May passed away Sunday, January 15, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Lorraine was born in Philadelphia, PA; formerly lived in Levittown, PA; and has been a Cape May area resident since 1986. She is the daughter of the late Edward and the late Anna (Kirry) Birnbaum. Lorraine was a member of the Church of the Advent in Cape May where she served on the Altar Guild and the women's club of the church. She enjoyed reading, shopping, cooking, and especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Lorraine is survived by her husband of 65 years Robert S Rizzo, her son Robert (Carol) Rizzo, her daughter Annemarie Rizzo, and her daughter Jayne (Lee) Gale. Also surviving are her 6 grandsons and 6 great grandchildren. There will be a funeral service at 11:30 AM on Friday, January 20, 2017at the Church of the Advent, Franklin & Washington Sts., Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 10:30 to 11:30. Interment will be private.
