Mary A "Mom Mom" Rich, age 79, of North Cape May passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, January 8, 2017 at her home. Mary was born in Philadelphia, PA; was formerly from the Oxford Circle section of Philly; and has been a Cape May area resident since 1983. She enjoyed spending time with her family and recently started playing bingo. Mary was preceded in death by her husband Richard J Smart and her grandson Richard J Torma. She is survived by her daughters: Linda (John) Coover, Kathryn (Ron) Torma, & Lorrie (Jesse) Clark. Also surviving are her sister Margaret (John) Zampirri, 8 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren. There will be a Memorial Service at 1:00 PM on Friday, January 13, 2017 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 082044; where friends will be received from 12:00 to 1:00 PM. Interment will be private. The family suggests donations in Mary's memory to the Alzheimer's Association, 3 Eves Drive, Suite 310, Marlton, NJ 08053.
