Rose E. Brown, age 73, of Philadelphia, PA died Thursday, December 29, 2016 at her vacation home in Del Haven, NJ. Rose was born in Philadelphia to the late Francis E Gallagher, Jr. and the late Rose (Orr) Gallagher. She was a manager at Sam's Club. Rose is survived by her husband of 45 years James; 3 sons; 2 daughters; 5 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother Francis E Gallagher, Jr. and two grandsons. Funeral Services will be at 11AM January 4, 2017 at St John of God RC Church, 680 Townbank Rd, N Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 10 to 11 AM.
