Obituary of Charles C Carter

Carter, Charles C (Boe), age 86, of Villas passed away on Monday, June 3, 2013 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Formerly of South Philadelphia; Charles has been a Cape May area resident for 18 years. He served his country entering the Korean Conflict 9/19/1950 in the US Army. He also served in the US Air Force enlisting 9/01/1956. Charles worked for the US Postal Service for many years in the Philadelphia area. He was a co-owner of the Clown Club of South Philly. Charles was the beloved son of the late Charles & Emma Carter. He was preceded in death by his loving sister Helen. Charles is survived by his loving sisters: Myrtle of Villas, NJ and Dorothy of Mt Ephraim, NJ. He was a wonderful, kind, and generous uncle to his many nieces and nephews; and a God Father to George Ulmer, Jr., Becky DiRuocco, and Kevin Ulmer. There will be a viewing from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204. A funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, 733 Ridge Rd, Sellersville, PA.
