Louis A Palumbo, age 93, of Villas passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Shore Memorial Hospital of Somers Point, NJ. Louis was born March 11, 1923 in Philadelphia, PA. He is the son of the late Louis and the late Rosa (Grisi) Palumbo. Louis was a retired Maintenance Worker at the Lehigh Valley Farms in Lansdale, PA for 40 years. He was a Social Member of the Knights of Columbus Post 5343 of Erma, NJ. Louis was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years Charlotte (nee Schaal) Palumbo in 2006 and his son Louis Palumbo. He is survived by his son Craig C (Teresa) Palumbo of Dennis Township, NJ and his sister Eleanor Angelini of Philadelphia. Also surviving are his two grandchildren: Craig M (Stacey) Palumbo & Bryan Palumbo, and his great grandson Tanner Palumbo. There will be a Memorial Service at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 19, 2016 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Interment will be private. The family suggests donations in Louis' memory to the American Diabetes Assoc., 150 Monument Rd, Suite 100, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004.
