We are so saddened to learn of Tim's passing. He took care of all our Western needs. But more than that, he was our friend. We will miss him. So sorry we only learned of his departure today. Our deepest sympathies to his family. xoxo

Tim was such an upbeat person and a very dedicated worker. He serviced our home for more than 10 years. He will be hard to replace in his job. We will miss his quirky sense of humor and enthusiasm.

To the family, friends and brothers and sisters in Christ of Tim Keely,
I never met Thomas (Tim) Keely in person, but from what I have learned about from listening to some of his close friends, I know he is the kind of person I would like as a friend. He is part of God's Family as am I. He was in the military and was interested in military history, as am I. I have a love for antiques and so did he. I will see him in heaven one day with all the saints! May you all have comfort knowing he is in heaven in his mansion with his King! May you also know that God cares for you all and loves you very much and will never leave you or forsake you! May these words bring you peace and comfort and surround yourselves with God's loving arms and God's loving people here on Earth. God bless you all!

We’re still stunned that Tim is no longer with us. His coffee cup was still sitting in the sink when we heard the news. He has been a regular Saturday night customer at our bookshop for at least the last fifteen years. And he would sit in his favorite rocker for hours and chat with us and all the customers about books and everything else. He knew more about military history than anybody I know. But more than a great customer he was a very dear friend. We know he is with God because his favorite book was Oswald Chambers “My Utmost for His Highest” which he bought over and over to hand out to people. I’m still putting out books and thinking “Tim will like this one”. We’d like to offer sincere condolences to all his family and friends. May he rest in peace.

"The Lord will be your everlasting light, and your days of sorrow will end." Isaiah 60:20 Tim was a unique man with a multi-faceted personality.Whatever he did, he did with passion. He was all in. You didn't know Tim long before you knew he loved his Lord. He also loved people and frequently brought them to the Last Friday Cafe, potluck suppers or church. He enjoyed books about the military and putting his displays of military things in the local library. He frequented local antique shops for bargains, especially military items. When my brother died Tim gave me a Vietnam Veterans medal because my brother's was lost, I will always treasure it in memory of them both. Tim Keely will be greatly missed by this community. So sorry for your loss. ~ Maid (Marian)
Tim: I love rock 'n roll.
