Obituary of Frances B Kubiak

Frances Kubiak, age 90, of Cape May passed away peacefully Friday, June 3, 2016 at her home. Frances was born May 31, 1926 in Philadelphia, PA; formerly lived in Philadelphia; summered in here since 1957; and finally moved to Cape May in 1982. She is the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Philomena (Schilling) Hartley. Frances was employed as a Bookkeeper at the Montreal Inn in Cape May for 15 years. She was a member of Our Lady Star of the Sea RC Church, loved doing crossword puzzles, playing scrabble, knitting and crocheting. She was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Kubiak earlier this year on 02/20/2016, by 2 of her brothers, and 5 of her sisters. She is survived by her sons: Walter K (Kim) Kubiak, Daniel T Kubiak, & Anthony J (Dorothy) Kubiak; her daughters: Lorraine K (Gary) Conover & Janet (Mike) Bonacci; her brother John Hartley; and sisters: Marcella Barrett & Joan Hartley Also surviving are 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at the Parish of St John Neumann, St John of God RC Church, 680 Townbank Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Cape May County Veteran's Cemetery, 127 Crest Haven Rd, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210.
