Maryln Levenseller, age 84, of Cape May passed away Friday, June 3, 2016 at Cape Regional Medical Center. Maryln was born February 4, 1932 in Lochmoor, MI; was formerly from Detroit, MI; Somerdale, NJ; and has been a Cape May area resident since 1988. She is the daughter of the late William Thomas and the late Helene (Wingert) Dawson. Maryln was a Mortgage Loan Officer for Commonwealth Bank in Detroit, MI. She enjoyed gardening, reading and crocheting. Maryln was predeceased by her husband, Frank Levenseller in 2012, her brothers William & James, and her sister Helene Dawson. She is survived by her sons: Kirk Levenseller & Mark Levenseller and her daughter Kathy (Jim) Mecchella. Also surviving are her sister Valdi Bjork; her 5 grandchildren: Dana Mgelven, Daniella Mecchella, James Mecchella, Brooke Levin, & Eric Levenseller; and her 3 great grandchildren: Peyton Chappine, Ava Marie Chappine, & Joseph Mgelven. There will be a funeral service at 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at the Cape May Lutheran Church, 509 Pittsburgh Ave, Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
