Elizabeth T "Betty" Foley, age 85, of North Cape May passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at Cape Regional Medical Center. She was born January 12, 1931 in Chester, PA. Betty had previously been an active member of the Cape May Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star; where her proud accomplishments included having served as a Worthy Matron twice and at the state level as a District Deputy. She was predeceased by her husband, John J "Jack" Foley who passed 20 years ago on 4/29/1996. Betty is survived by her loving son John M Foley and his wife Melissa of Cape may Court House, NJ. A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM on Friday, May 6, 2016 at Cold Spring Cemetery, 780 Seashore Rd, Cold Spring, NJ 08204.
