Obituary of William L Wiegner

William L Wiegner, age 92, of Del Haven passed away Monday, February 29, 2016 at his home. William was born October 29, 1923 in Philadelphia, PA; and has been a Cape May area resident for over 60 years. He is the son of the late John and the late Margaret Wiegner. William served his country in the US Army during the Korean War. He was employed by K&E Industries, Erma, NJ for 24 years as a Pipe Fitter. William was preceded in death by: his brother Joseph Wiegner; his great granddaughter Brittany Ann Chester; his great grandson Ryan Allan Chester; and his step-children: William W Chester & Arthur T Chester. He is survived by his wife of 14 years Eva (Hoe) Wiegner of Del Haven, NJ; his step-daughter Loretta Cranmer of Del Haven, NJ; his cousin, Bill Lucas of Sicklerville, NJ; 13 grandchildren; 24 living great grandchildren; 10 great-great grandchildren; his niece Peggy (Larry) Stevens; and his cousin Patty Wilson. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 4, 2016 at the Parish of St John Neumann, St Raymond's RC Church, Ocean & Bayshore Rd, Villas, NJ 08251; where friends will be received from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
