Marion M. Howard, age 76, of Villas, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at Atlantic City Medical Center of Atlantic City, NJ. Marion was born in Wildwood, and has been a life-long Cape May area resident. She worked in all the area ACME Markets in the meat departments for over 30 years. Marion was a social member of the VFW Post 5343 in Villas. She is survived by two daughters: Shelly (Fran) Meehan of Villas, NJ; Terry (Chuck) Gift of Villas, NJ; and two sons: William (Chris) Howard of Villas, NJ; and Chuck (Loreto) Howard of Port St Lucie, FL. She also leaves eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and one brother Harry Merkel of Wildwood, NJ. Marion was preceded in death by three brothers, one sister, and her husband of 56 years Clarence Howard in 2012.
