You were 'Aunt Rose' to so many people. I so miss visiting you, only able to do so since I retired and relocated to Rio Grande. This Memoral Day, I have thought of both you and Uncle Joe and the many parades and barbecues we attended because of you. Rest in Peace, gentle lady, Our Aunt Rose. Love, Jo-Ann (Peggy Miller's daughter)

Rose was our neighbor on New York Avenue. She was a lovely, sweet and gracious person. When I pull up to the house and look over I always think of Rose. My parents, sisters, brothers and children are sorry to learn the news of her passing.

The volunteers of the Cape May County Animal Welfare Society extend condolences to the family members on the passing of Rose Coyle, who served our organization for so many years, with her volunteer efforts, and particularly in her position of treasurer of the organization. Her dedication to homeless pets
was exemplary and we gratefully acknowledge her years of service.

My sister and I called her Aunt Rose, even though we weren't related. That is how close our families were. Aunt Rose was such a gentle lady and a great friend to all, especially to homeless kitties. Heaven has another angel, and I'm sure that she and my Mom are watching over us.

So many wonderful memories I have with Aunt Rose; Ocean City in the mid 50’s. Aunt Rose was one of my favorite aunts. I wish that I didn’t live so far away from her all these years as I would have visited her often. She was a wonderful person. She always called me “Little Celie”, as I was named after another aunt, Aunt Celie…. God looked around His garden
And found an empty place.
He then looked down upon the earth
And saw your tired face.
He put his arms around you
And lifted you to rest.
God’s garden must be beautiful
He always takes the best.
He saw the road was getting rough
And the hills were hard to climb,
So He closed your weary eyelids
And whispered "Peace be Thine".
It broke our hearts to lose you
But you didn’t go alone,
For part of us went with you
The day God called you home.

Aunt Rose was the sweetest woman. Uncle Joe was my Godfather & my mother, Peggy Moritz Miller always told me the story that Corpus Christi wouldn't allow Aunt Rose to be my Godmother because she wasn't Catholic, but Aunt Rose was Godmother to Joan (her niece) right before I was born. I received a birthday card from Aunt Rose well into my adult years. My sympathy goes out to her family.

Aunt Rose and my Mom were friends since they were young when they worked together. I remember stopping in on Aunt Rose and Uncle Joe on the way home from school and church at Corpus Christi and attending many a picnic and parade on Memoral Day at their Vets. Rest in Peace dear lady.
