Horace M Rochelle, age 94, of South Dennis passed away peacefully Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at his home. Horace was born in Jacksonville, NC; was formerly from Hollywood, FL; and has been a Cape May area resident for 30 years. He is the son of the late Benjamin and the late Charlotte (nee Williams) Rochelle. Horace served his country in the US Marine Corps during World War II and Korea. He retired as the Airport Superintendant at the Cape May County Airport. Horace was a member of the American Legion of Wildwood and was a former Dennis Township Committeeman. He is survived by his wife of 68 years Enora (nee Hamre) Rochelle of South Dennis; his son George (Barbara) Rochelle of Egg Harbor Township; and his daughter Nora Jean Rochelle of Dennis Township. Also surviving are his two grandchildren: David Rochelle & Victoria Rochelle, along with numerous nieces and nephews in North Carolina.
