Lawrence P. Good, age 72, of Villas, passed away peacefully Sunday, November 29, 2015 at Cape Regional Medical Center. Larry was born December 21, 1942 in Manhattan, NY; formerly lived in Philadelphia, PA; and has been a Cape May area resident since 1995. He is the son of the late Albert P and the late Helen (nee Schmitt) Good. Larry was employed by SSM Industries, Philadelphia, PA as a Mechanical Engineer. He served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War. Larry was a very active member of the Corinthian Yacht Club where he served as a committeeman for the weekend regattas, and was an avid sailor and fisherman. He is survived by his wife of 46 years Janet (nee Medica) Good of Villas, NJ; his son Lawrence P Good, II; and his daughter Leslie Norsworthy. Also surviving are his three grandchildren: Katelyn Norsworthy, Larken Good, & Teagen Good. He was preceded in death by his brother Christopher Good. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
