Dear Alice and family,
I'm sorry for your loss. It was an absolute pleasure being Chet's neighbor and getting to know him. He was an absolute firecracker and witty as they come. I often walked away from our conversations laughing how he got one past me with a witty barb. I didn't need to know him long for him for him to leave an impression. He will be missed.
PS I'll make sure I fix the fence because I know he was on me about it!
