Obituary of Theresa Lynn Slobodjian

Theresa L. Slobodjian, age 52, of Villas passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at Cooper Medical Center of Camden, NJ. Theresa was born in Philadelphia, but has been a life-long Cape May area resident. She is the daughter of David A Tomes and the late Joan (nee Morris) Edmondson. Theresa was employed as a home health care aid in the Cape May area for many years. She enjoyed fishing, going to the beach, and spending time with her family – especially the Babies. Theresa was preceded in death by her husband George A Slobodjian in 2013 and her two brothers: Daniel & David. She is survived by two daughters: Lori Prettyman & Danielle Slobodjian; and one son: Charles "Chally" Jobe. Also surviving are two grandchildren: Skylar Leszczynski & Charles Jobe, Jr.; along with two brothers: John Tomes & William Edmondson; four sisters: Stacy Tomes, Susan Tomes, Shanna Edmondson, & Joanie Edmondson; her step father: William Edmondson, Sr.; and many nieces & nephews. There will be a Memorial Service at 11:00 AM on Monday, August 24, 2015 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Interment will be private.
