Beloved mother, Bernice M Murray, 73, of Villas has departed this life to be with the Lord on Wednesday July 18, 2012 at Cape Regional Medical Center in Cape May Court House. Born in Philadelphia, she has resided in the Cape May area for over 37 years. Bernice was a long time member of the Holy Spirit Lutheran Church of Villas and the wife of the late Thomas E Murray who passed away in 2004. She is survived by her four children: Thomas (Mary Ann) Murray of Hazelton, PA; Sally (Gerald) Carter of Villas, NJ; Nancy (Robert Sr.) Leininger of Port Orange, FL; and Joseph (Johnna) Murray of North Cape May, NJ. Also surviving are: her sister Agnes Repash; her brothers: William (Eugenia) Zobel & John Zobel. She was a devoted grandmother to her 9 grandchildren: Thomas, Christopher, Melissa, Patrick, Jason, Ariel, Heather, Joseph Jr., & Destiny; and 2 great grandchildren: Olivia & Cole; whom she spent most of her time caring for. There will be a funeral service at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 21, 2012 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ; where friends will be received from 9:00 to 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at St Mary's Cemetery, 1056 Seashore Rd, Cold Spring, NJ 08204.
