Thomas L Jackson, 66, of Wildwood passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 3, 2012 at Crest Haven Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Born in Philadelphia, he has spent most of his life in the Cape May area. Thomas was retired from the Woodbine Developmental Center after 25 years of service. He served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War. Thomas enjoyed reading, collecting coins, antiques, news articles, and especially loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother Annie Jackson, and his sisters: Angela Jackson & Marthan Holman. Thomas is survived by his son Thomas L (Rebecca) Jackson Jr. of Egg Harbor Twp; his father General Jackson of Cape May; his brother Robert Jackson; and his sister Linda Jackson. Also surviving are his five grandchildren: Dominique, Kira, Mya, Malachi, and Micah. Funeral services will be private with burial at Cape May County Veteran's Cemetery.
