George E Baldwin, 61, of Villas passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ. Born in Pottstown, PA and formerly of that city; he has been a Cape May area resident for 9 years. George was a 1969 graduate of Pottstown High School, spent 10 years in the US Army Special Services, and was a Vietnam veteran. He was a member of the Holy Spirit Lutheran Church of Villas, the American Legion of Wildwood, the American Legion Riders, and the Goldwing Road Riders Association Chapter E (motorcycle friends and family, please feel free to wear your colors). George is survived by his wife Jacquline; his daughters Krista Baldwin, Krystal (Tony) DiPietro, & Kara Baldwin; his stepson William Sheldon; his stepdaughter Christina Sheldon; his step mother Sue Baldwin; his brother LeRoy Baldwin; his step sister Cheryl Summerfelt; and his 5 grandchildren: Kristin, Anthony, Margaret, Dominic, & Kristian. There will be a Memorial Service at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, N Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends may call from 1:00 to 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the family to help offset funeral expenses would be appreciated.
