James J Garofalo, 68, of Villas passed away on May 2, 2012 at his home. Born in Philadelphia and formerly of Delaware County, PA; he has been a Cape May area resident since 1987. James was an auto & truck mechanic for Penn Jersey in Ridley Park, PA. He also had his own car & truck repair business and was a self employed over the road long haul truck driver. James was especially fond of riding motorcycles. He is survived by his son James J Garofalo Jr; his brothers: Robert Garofalo of DE & John Garofalo of NJ; and his sisters: Rosalie Baird of FL & Jane Garofalo of Villas, NJ; his niece Melissa; his nephews: John Jr., Michael, Robert N, Alex; and great nephew Brayden. There will be a funeral service at 12:00 PM on Saturday, May 5, 2012 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends may call from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Interment will be private.
