Natalie Friedman, 86, of North Cape May passed away on Sunday, April 29, 2012 at Victoria Commons. She was predeceased by her husband and childhood sweetheart, Alvin. Natalie was born in Brooklyn, NY on May 14, 1925 and moved to Long Island to raise her children in the suburbs. She is survived by her daughter Fran Lyon, her two sons: Lee Friedman and David Friedman, and her two granddaughters: Allison & Samantha. Natalie was a bookkeeper by profession, but a homemaker when her family was young. She enjoyed Broadway Shows, visiting the casinos in Las Vegas, and cruising to tropical islands. Natalie's friendliness, goodness, and willingness to help others made her a great friend. Those who were lucky enough to know her, should not grieve, but celebrate a life well lived. She will be missed. A private graveside service will be held at New Montefiore Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY. The family suggests that those who desire send memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association, 3 Eves Dr, Suite 310, Marlton, NJ 08053.
