Lawrence J Schloss, 74, of Rio Grande passed away on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at Cape regional Medical Center. Born in Trainer, PA and formerly of Eddystone and Philadelphia, PA; he has been a Cape May area resident for 20 years. Larry vacationed in the Cape May area since the 1970's. He was a graduate of Widener University and served his country in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. Larry worked for the Health Department for the State of Delaware and was an Administrator for St Christopher Hospital in Philadelphia. He is survived by his son Francis Schloss, his daughter Jude Pazulski, and 6 grandchildren. Larry will also be sadly missed by his friends Rose Carver and Jim Nash. There will be a funeral service at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 3, 2012 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Cape May County Veteran's Cemetery, 127 Crest Haven Rd, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210. The family suggests donations in Larry's memory to the Love of Linda Cancer Fund, PO Box 1053, Wildwood, NJ 08260.
