Edward Dains Jr., 63, of Villas passed away on Friday, April 13, 2012 at Cape Regional Medical Center. Born in Derby, CT and formerly of Bel Air, OH; he has been a Cape May area resident for 16 years. Edward was owner/operator of Dains Trucking in Bel Air, Ohio for 15 years and also worked for Lobiondo Trucking of Vineland, NJ. He was a former member of the First Baptist Church in Ansonia, CT. Edward is survived by his wife of 26 years Cynthia Dains of Villas, NJ; his son Edward Dains III of Ansonia, CT; his daughter Tara Dains of Waterbury, CT; his stepson Robert Walsh of Naugatuck, CT; and his stepdaughter Colleen Kraft of North Wildwood, NJ. Also surviving are his brother Robert Dains of Milford, CT; 5 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
