I joined USOA out of hight school in 1960. I worked as an asst dispatcher for Vince B. until 1963. This was my first real job and I learned so much, everything from flying, do Positon and Movement Reports, etc. In 1963 I joined the USAF. I only knew Ralph but I saw his positive, energetic style. He was involved with everything. He was an amazing man. Condolences to his family.
