Albert R "Bert" Otto Jr., 49, of Rio Grande passed away on Tuesday. February 21, 2012. Born in Camden, NJ; he spent most of his life in the Cape May area. Albert is survived by his parents Mary & Albert Sr.; his son Michael Otto; his daughter Melissa Otto; 2 brothers; 1 sister; and 1 grandson. Services will be private.
