Obituary of Anna Margaret Holmes

Anna "Nancy" M Holmes, 78, of North Cape May passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at the North Cape Center. Born in Philadelphia, she has been a long time resident of Wildwood. Anna was a member of St Anne's RC Church in Wildwood. She was preceded in death by her husband James P Holmes Sr.; her son James P Holmes Jr.; her brother James Kelly; and her sister Patricia Neely. Anna is survived by her daughter Veronica (Henry) Burdsall of Rio Grande, NJ; her son Patrick J Holmes of San Antonio, TX; her daughter Nancy Ann Armstrong of PA; and her son Michael (Amanda) Holmes of North Cape May, NJ. Also surviving are her grandchildren: Henry Burdsall Jr., Bonnie Brophy, Patrick Holmes Jr., Michelle Gomez, Kristel Saleh, Veronica Rose, Michael Holmes Jr., & James Holmes Jr.; and her great grandchildren: Timothy Brophy, Brynn Brophy, & Mia Nacho. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, January, 25, 2012 at the Parish of Notre Dame de la Mer at St Anne's RC Church, 2900 Atlantic Ave, Wildwood, NJ 08260; where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Interment will be private. The family suggests donations in Anna's memory to the Love of Linda Cancer Fund, PO Box 1053, Wildwood, NJ 08260.
