Edward J Kirn, 81, of the Angelsea Section of North Wildwood passed away peacefully on Monday, January 9, 2012 at his home. Born in Philadelphia and formerly of the Juniata Park Section of that city; he has been a Cape May area resident since 1980. Edward was the Advertising Director for the Gazette Leader in Wildwood. In his earlier years he worked in automobile leasing in Philadelphia. He was a member of the Elks Club of Wildwood, the Villas Fishing Club, and the VFW in Villas. Edward is survived by his companion Elsie Pikunas; his sons: James (Harriet) Kirn, Edward Kirn, & Michael (Amy) Kirn; and his daughter Siobhan (Todd) Voss. Also surviving are his sister Veronica Doran, his brother Larry Kirn, and 2 grandchildren. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
