Warren A Halbruner Jr., 56, of Erma passed away suddenly on Sunday, October 30, 2011. Born in Cape May, he was a life long area resident. Warren formerly worked for the Cape May County Road Department and later worked as a self employed kitchen designer. He was a lifelong musician playing at numerous locations throughout the area. Warren enjoyed old cars and motorcycles, and he had a unique sense of humor. He was preceded in death by his parents Warren & Patricia Halbruner. Warren is survived by his 5 children: Nichole, Sarah, Terri (Nicholas) Mimms, Matt (Rosie), & Colby; and his 6 grandchildren: Gavin, Quinn, Caden, Ava, Matthew, & Makenna. Also surviving are his brothers: Ronald (Christine), George (Lisa), David (Maria), & John (Dawn); his uncle George (Ginny) Holden & family; his aunt Shirley Halbruner & family; and many nieces & nephews. There will be a funeral service at 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, north Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends may call from 12:30 to 2:00 PM. Interment will be private. The family suggests donations in Warren's memory to the American Cancer Society, 1851 Old Cuthbert Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.
