William J Smart, 71, of Villas passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at his home. He was born in Philadelphia and was a 1959 graduate of West Catholic High School. William served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He attended St Raymond's RC Church in Villas. William is survived by his brother James J Smart of Philadelphia, PA and his sister Anna Chamberlin of Franklinville, NJ. He was preceded in death by his sister Rita Waters. There will be a graveside service at 1:00 PM on Friday, October 28, 2011 at Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery, 1600 South Sproul Rd, Springfield, PA 19064.
