Anna Marie Gallagher, age 97, of North Cape May passed away peacefully on Monday, October 3, 2011 at her home. Born in Glenolden, PA and formerly of Clifton Heights, PA; Anna retired to the shore in 1976. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Anna was preceded in death by her husband James in 1989. She is survived by her: son Dr. James (Anne) Gallagher; daughter Theresa (Bob) Germon; son Paul (KC) Gallagher; 7 grandchildren: Sara (Chris) Campbell, James (Helen) Gallagher Jr, Brian (Jamie) Gallagher, Dr Rachel Gallagher, Suzanne (Mike) Spalinger, Gregory German, & Paul Gallagher Jr; and 3 great grandchildren: Nia, Tyler, & Dylan. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 1:30 PM on Thursday, October 6, 2011 at Our Lady Star of the Sea RC Church, Washington St, Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends may call from 12:30 to 1:30 PM. Interment will be private. The family suggests donations in Anna's memory to Camilla Hall, 1140 King Road, Immaculata, PA 19345.
