Dolores M Hofferica, 73, of Villas passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 20, 2011. Born in Philadelphia, PA and formerly of that city; she summered here for many years, becoming a full time resident in 2002. Dolores was a 1955 graduate of Little Flower High School. She was a wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Dolores was preceded in death by her son William. She is survived by: her husband of 54 years William D Hofferica of Villas; her children: Marie (Albert) Tacynec of Langhorne, PA; Dolores Ungaro of Philadelphia, PA; and Michael (Kathy) Hofferica of Holland, PA. Also surviving are 5 grandchildren: Patricia Johnson; Joseph Tacynec; Sean, Matthew, & Michael Hofferica; 2 great grandchildren: Kylie & Scotty Johnson; 2 sisters-in-law: Patricia Roache & Dolores Kelly; and 8 nieces & nephews. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 24, 2011 at the Parish of St John Neumann, St Raymond's RC Church, Ocean & Bayshore Rd, Villas, NJ 08204; where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at St Mary's Cemetery, 1056 Seashore Rd, Cold Spring, NJ. The family suggests donations in Dolores' memory to the Central Association of the Miraculous Medal, 475 E. Chelten Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19144 or the National MS Society, 30 South 17th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
