Roberta C Pooler "Bert", 68, of Cape May Court House passed away peacefully on Friday, September 16, 2011. Born in Philadelphia and formerly of Lawndale, PA; she has been a Cape May area resident for 30 years. Roberta was a property manager for 10 years for Delsea Woods Community LLC and a cook at Our Lady of Angels Rectory. She enjoyed sewing, crafts, baking, and decorating. Roberta is survived by: her Husband Michael Pooler of Cape May Court House; daughter Dorothy (Virgil) Gray of Villas; daughter Eileen Sinn of Cape May Court House; son Ernest (Michelle) Williams of Rio Grande; 3 grandchildren: Jennifer (Chris) Watson, Tiffany (Bob) Duckenfield, & Pamela Gray; and great granddaughter Grace Watson. Also surviving are sisters: Leticia Rygalski of Villas; Linda Long of Cherry Hill; and Shirley (Stanley) Turner of Ocean View, many nieces, nephews, and was loved by many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Kathleen Alexander. There will be a funeral service at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00. Interment will be private.
